In a recent study, following factors were disclosed as reasons distributors left their primary company:

I’ve been involved in the networking profession for 23 years and I’ve been with several companies over the years and some are definitely better than others. I’ve also learned that there’s not one perfect company for everybody.

Leanne and myself have built two large organizations over 10 years with our first company, and going on 13 years with my current company, never earning less than 6 figures a year. So we understand and reward loyalty and longevity.

Being able to share what I've learned over the past 23 years has allowed me to be one of the top earners in our company, but as you know this is simply a reflection of how many people I've been able to help achieve their dreams; as there's absolutely no other way to have success in our industry.

Success is like a combination lock ... everything has to line up for it to work. I’m talking about things like timing, product line, compensation, leadership, etc. All of those things and more have to be in place to create a successful opportunity, and then you have to go to work.
