Hey {first_name}, I attached both of the quotes to this e-mail for you to view. In order to get the best rates I had to split the home and auto up between two carriers. The auto I have with Progressive and the home is with State Auto. It looks like your current liability limits on the auto is 50/100. The minimum we write in our agency is 100/300. So that is the liability limit I have on the auto quote. I have the deductibles at 500 for both comp and collision on the 2012 and the 2007. I also have roadside assistance and rental on those two vehicles. The yearly premium for the auto policy is $1322. That premium is contingent on a clean motor vehicle report as one will have to be ran before we can issue the policy. The dwelling coverage on the home came in at 341,600. The liability coverage I have at 500,000 and I also added 10,000 in water backup and sump overflow coverage. The yearly premium if paid in full by escrow would be 893.88. These are soft quotes to give you a idea on where we are at on the price. Changes to the proposals could affect the premium. Let me know if you have any questions or would like something changed. Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business! -Brennen |
