Thanks for entering our giveaway.  To get your free quotes for the 20 extra entries, I’ll need to get a little information to get you the best rates.  Below is a link to my calendar – this will allow us to schedule a few minutes to go over your quotes.
 
At least a day before our scheduled meeting, I will need your insurance information.  There are two ways to get it to me:
 
  1. Scan and send me copies of your declaration pages (usually the first few pages of your latest renewal or policy).  You can usually get these online as well.
