I understand inventory may be tight. We know other wholesalers in town too... but wanted to check with you to see what you have.

If you're working a seller lead right now... get that baby under contract ASAP and send it our way. Even if you know of another good deal out there that another investor has under contract, send it our way and we'll work out a marketing/finder's fee for you.
