Your assigned Operations Manager will put
together the on-boarding timeline for the end-to-end process, and will
co-ordinate with you/your team to get the right requirements
Week 1 is the setup week - gather requirements, candidate selection
Week 2 & Week 3: Finalize the right fit. Onboard and train them
Week 4- Week 5: Monitor their performance and make adjustments.
