Jasmine here from the White Label department. I wanted to send out a reminder to everyone again. We have changed our SSL process about 1 year ago and I want to ensure everyone is aware of the new process. In the past we used to have a automatic payment set up with Paypal and did SSL's that way. Unfortunately that way was not effective and left alot of users with SSL's expired for a long period of time without being aware as we had no way of tracing those payments etc.

Now, 

Are you still on a re-occurring paypal for your SSL renewals? If so please cancel! This has not been an option/method for ssl renewals for over a year. I see that some of you still did not go in and cancel it from your paypal.

***This is not something we can not do, it must be done on your end through your paypal. If you do not know how to do so, see link below.
