Annual Term. Service is offered on an annual basis during the first 12-month period beginning on the date that you activate your account with Agency Elephant and moves to a month-to-month status on the one-year anniversary date moving forward. If you terminate service for any reason prior to the end of the initial one-year term, you will not be entitled to any refunds, and prior to your contract ending, you agree that Agency Elephant is authorized to collect the remaining balance in full by processing final payment to the payment method associated with your account. If you do not use the Service for periods of time during the Annual Service period, you will not be entitled to any refund or pro-ration.
